Eye Cream vs. Moisturiser, Do You Really Need An Eye Cream?

Can you just use a face moisturiser as an eye cream?

Eye creams or eye serums can contain the same types of ingredients found in many face moisturisers; however, they're also meant to target specific skincare issues.

Because the skin around the eye area is delicate, eye creams/serums contain active ingredients which are more suitable for use on this sensitive area of skin.
